With years of experience in the restaurant industry, Dave's passion for creating memorable dining experiences is complemented by Tessa's entrepreneurial spirit, shaped by her studies in business. Together, they dreamed of building a unique establishment that reflects their shared love for great food and family.

Cooper's legacy
Cooper, our cherished son, brother, and uncle, is the inspiration behind Coop’s Crazy Chicken. We celebrate Coop’s “larger-than-life” and “crazy fun” personality with our crazy good sandwiches and salads.
Cooper proudly served in the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division which influenced our colors, tag lines, and our ongoing support of the military and veteran assisted programs.
MEET CHEF RUSSELL BRY
Co-Founders of Coops Crazy Chicken Restauranteur Dave Wolfgram and his daughter Tessa have teamed up with long time friend and Partner, Chef Russell Bry to create “crazy good” fried and grilled chicken sandwich creations! Dave comes from an impressive 40-year career in the restaurant industry, working side by side with celebrated Chef Bry to bring their restaurant concepts to life. The two have worked as a team since 1980, opening known establishments like Maggianos Little Italy, The Corner Bakery, Yalla Mediterranean, Boudin Bakeries, and Go Roma. Chef Bry is known for creating innovative restaurant menus that cater to current tastes. He discovered his passion for cooking as early as 13 years old and hasn’t looked back since! Under Chef Russell’s culinary leadership, folks can also look out for seasonal sandwiches, amazing salads and uniques sauces.
The secret’s in the breading
Our one-of-a-kind breading is made in-house from our secret recipe, and we don’t stop there—our signature sauces and dressings are made from scratch, too.
Giving back to those who served
We are honored to be partnering with Service Dogs for Veterans. Since 2014, SD4V has helped veterans reclaim their lives, one dog at a time. They provide a unique training program for Veterans to train their own Service Dog, to help them cope with the pain of loss, the nightmare of memory, and the loneliness of survival. This training helps to build strong ADA-compliant Service Dog Teams that positively impacts the quality of life of the Veteran, their families, their dogs, and the community.
